Which controllers does the PS5 pack fit?
The standard PS5 DualSense controller and the DualSense Edge controller. It plugs into the controller USB-C port; no adapters or screws.
How long does it last, and how long to recharge?
Up to 16 hours of play per charge from the 2000 mAh (7.4 Wh) cell. Recharging the pack through its USB-C port takes about 2 hours with the included cable.
Does it show how much battery is left?
Yes. A digital LED screen on the pack shows the remaining charge as a number from 0 to 100 percent.
Is it safe to leave charging overnight?
The pack has chip-level protection against over-current, over-voltage, over-heating and short circuit, and its cells are tested to UN38.3 and IEC 62133. As with any lithium battery, charge on a hard surface away from heat.
