1. Where orders are placed
KYZURA products are sold through Amazon. Checkout, payment, shipping and the return window are handled by Amazon under the Amazon return policy shown on the product listing at the time of purchase. This website does not sell products directly and does not process payments.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a KYZURA pack for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For Amazon orders, start the return from your Amazon order page. Refunds are issued by Amazon to the original payment method.
3. 12-month warranty
Every KYZURA pack is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a pack stops holding a charge, the display fails, or the connector no longer seats properly within that period, we will replace it or refund the purchase price.
The warranty does not cover:
- damage from drops, liquids, fire, or use with chargers or cables outside the stated 5 V / 2 A USB-C input;
- packs that have been opened, modified or repaired by anyone other than us;
- normal wear of the finish, and the gradual capacity loss inherent to any lithium-ion cell;
- products bought from a seller other than the KYZURA storefront on Amazon.
4. How to make a warranty claim
- Email [email protected] with the subject line "Warranty claim".
- Include your Amazon order number, the product model (for example TPS5-BP-2000), and a short description of the fault. A photo or short video helps.
- We reply within 2 business days with next steps. If a return is needed, we cover return shipping for confirmed defects.
5. Battery safety and disposal
Packs contain a lithium-ion cell. Do not puncture, crush, short-circuit or expose to heat. Charge on a hard surface with the included cable. At end of life, recycle through a local battery take-back program rather than household waste.
